Review Policy

How we handle reviews

We publish reviews from customers who bought from us. We verify each review against an order in our system before it goes live.

We don't edit reviews to make them more positive. We do decline to publish reviews that make health claims we can't substantiate — including claims about treating or improving any medical condition. That's a legal requirement, not a preference, and it applies to positive reviews as much as negative ones. If we decline your review for this reason, we'll tell you why.

We don't delete negative reviews. We remove reviews only where they're abusive, contain personal information, are provably not from a purchaser, or make claims we're legally unable to publish.

Incentives. If a reviewer received free product or a discount, their review is labelled. We don't pay for reviews or for review scores.
