Adults only. Do not exceed one full capful (25 ml) per 24 hours.

03 //Dosing guide

Two doses. You choose.

Half capful (12.5 ml) — 100 mg Paraxanthine + 0.525 g nootropic stack. The default starting dose, and the right one if you're caffeine-sensitive, new to nootropics, or stacking with other stimulants.

Full capful (25 ml) — 200 mg Paraxanthine + 1.05 g nootropic stack. The standard performance dose for adults with normal caffeine tolerance. Do not exceed one full capful per 24 hours.

04 //Timing

When to take it.

Morning ritual. Take 20–30 minutes after waking.

Pre-training or pre-work. 30 minutes before the block you want to be sharp for.

Avoid within 6 hours of sleep. Paraxanthine is a stimulant.
